Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.

To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) so that you can have your say. Our PPG meets regularly to discuss a wide range of issues relating to the practice and our service.

We are keen to ensure that our PPG is representative of our community and are therefore keen to hear from a wide range of people including young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from diverse ethnic groups.

If you wish to participate please contact the Practice or complete the online form by clicking on the button shown below. If attending meetings is not your thing, you can still join our Patient Panel and we will send you information from time to time to gain your views and feedback via email or online questionnaire.

We aim to acknowledge your request within a few days.

Please note that the PPG cannot become involved in matters of a specifically medical or clinical nature.
