Patient Services Managers
The practice has two Patient Services Managers who are responsible for key areas of the practice.

Joanne Middleton
Patient Services Manager (Frontline Services)Joanne manages our Patient Services Team and is our practice lead for complaints and patient feedback.

Patient Services Manager (Admin & Estates)Angela manages our Administrative Team and is also responsible for managing our buildings.
Patient Services Team
Our Patient Services Team provide our reception service, attending to patients on the phone and in person. They coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the Practice, and support delivery of quality patient care. This team have a very demanding role. They are there to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries. They will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition – this information is used to ensure your call is dealt with by the correct Clinician and assist fellow Healthcare Professionals who work within the Practice to manage your healthcare and well-being.
Administration Team
There is a huge amount of work that goes on ‘behind the scenes’ at the practice. Our Administrative Team provide secretarial, correspondence management and data summarising services for the benefit of patients. This includes typing referral letters and completing E-Referrals to other healthcare providers including the hospital, managing all the letters that are sent to the practice from other providers and entering data into patient records when new patients are registered with us.
