Did you know we are now offering more appointments at times to suit you?

Thank you to the many patients (almost 5500!) who responded to our recent survey about what appointment times would best suit you.  We have used your feedback to plan our ‘Enhanced Access’ offer and from 1 October 2022 will be offering appointments at one Holderness Health location on every weeknight until 8pm and every Saturday from 9am to 5pm. 

Our rotas vary from week to week so the types of appointments will vary a little but we have considered your feedback and tried to ensure that there are a good selection of appointments across these times. So whether you need a blood test, a GP appointment, a nursing appointment or to see another member of our clinical team and can’t make normal opening hours, we can hopefully find an evening or weekend slot that works for you.

For GP appointments across these times there will be a mix of pre-bookable and urgent on-the-day appointments and you will have the option between telephone and face to face appointments.

We hope this will make life easier for you if you are working and struggle to get away during the week or if you have other responsibilities like caring for others that mean your time during normal surgery hours is limited.

The chart below provides more information about where and when you can access these appointments.  Please ask our patient services team when booking if you would prefer an evening/weekend appointment.  A proportion of these appointments will also be made available online.
