Following the latest NHSEI guidance we are pleased to announce that the wearing of face masks within the surgeries is no longer required.
We do ask that any patients attending with respiratory issues continue to wear them for the safety of other patients in the waiting areas as a precautionary measure and would greatly appreciate your co-operation with this.
Dispensary
We have recently been experiencing longer queues for our dispensary counters. This is mainly due to more people popping in with questions and queries which often take a few minutes to resolve. If you do have a query about your medication, please consider using our Dispensary query line which can be accessed by calling our main number 0333 332 4242 and selecting Option 2. Call waiting times on this line are usually no more than 5 minutes (and many calls are answered more quickly) so it may avoid you having to wait in the physical queue for the building, especially during the hot weather.
This will help us ensure that the queue moves as quickly as possible for those coming to the building to collect their medication and will hopefully result in an improved service for all patients.
The dispensary query phone line is open all day from 9am to 5pm so you can call at any time.
