New Computer System Now Live - Help with getting back online with the NHS App

We have recently completed our big clinical system migration.  Thank you for your patience over the transition and as we get used to working with our new system.

We are receiving a high number of queries about how to get back online with the NHS App.  Please click the green ‘More information’ button below for our guide.  For anyone who is having difficulties and needs assistance, you will also find details of a number of drop-in sessions we have organised when there will be a dedicated member of staff to help you.  This will be the quickest and most efficient way to get further help.  If, after reading our guide, you are struggling to get online, please try to attend one of the drop-ins rather than ringing or visiting the surgery at another time.

For a large number of patients, reconnection is very straightforward and can be sorted in minutes.  Please start with our guide!
