We will soon be installing a new Electronic Patient Record System called SystmOne. We believe that the new system will bring benefits for patients and staff.
We will be sharing all relevant information about the transition here on the website as well as in our surgeries and on social media. We will also be sending regular update texts to those who have a mobile number registered with us.
Please be patient and kind to our staff during the transition. Moving to the new system is a large project and there will inevitably be some disruption but please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure that any inconvenience is minimised. We genuinely believe that this move will provide better and more seamless service for patients.
